Fifteen years ago, on a cold winter night, international student Alex Thompson, carrying the dream of entrepreneurship, left his hometown and embarked on a journey to a foreign land. In overseas classrooms, he met the passionate female classmate Lily Anderson. Both shared a strong resonance regarding the vision for the future of young people, deciding to collaboratively build the “Young People” brand – a global shopping platform daring to break through and lead the trends.

Though the startup team was small, it was full of creativity and a spirit of adventure. Starting their entrepreneurial journey by setting up street stalls, Thompson and Anderson traversed city alleys in search of unique products that could attract young people. The team gradually grew, attracting a group of dream-filled and vibrant peers. Through collective efforts, the team not only transformed from purchasing agents into an international brand but also established five processing factories. This phase was a test of the team’s wisdom and strength and a continuation of their spirit to constantly strive for new heights.

As a core figure in the founding team, Lily Anderson, with her keen market insights and team-cohesion abilities, led “Young People” to face various challenges. She not only showcased outstanding leadership in management but also infused more innovative elements into the team, deeply understanding the needs of young people.
